Abstract

Modern academic administration within specialized engineering departments often suffers from inefficiencies caused by manual record-keeping and fragmented communication channels. This paper introduces GPREEE, a high-fidelity departmental assistant web application specifically engineered for the Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) department at G. Pulla Reddy Engineering College. Developed using a modern stack of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, the system facilitates a robust client-server architecture to automate core academic workflows. The application implements role-based access control (RBAC) for Students, Faculty, and Administrators, offering features such as real-time attendance analytics, automated marks management, and a voice-interactive query system. Preliminary results demonstrate that GPREEE significantly mitigates manual workload, enhances data integrity, and provides a centralized, scalable platform for departmental governance
