Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology in modern computer science, enabling machines to perform tasks that traditionally require human intelligence. Predictive analytics, powered by AI and machine learning algorithms, has become a critical tool for decision-making in healthcare, finance, education, and smart city applications. This paper explores the role of AI-driven predictive analytics in enhancing decision-making systems. Various machine learning techniques, including supervised learning, deep learning, and ensemble methods, are discussed. The study highlights the benefits, challenges, and future directions of AI-based predictive systems. The findings indicate that AI significantly improves prediction accuracy, operational efficiency, and resource optimization across multiple domains.
