Abstract

The convergence of artificial intelligence (AI) and healthcare informatics has led to a paradigm shift in how medical data is analyzed, interpreted, and utilized for clinical decision-making. The proposed system, MEDGPT, is an AI-driven medical report analytics and virtual care platform that leverages machine learning (ML), optical character recognition (OCR), and cloud-based web technologies to automate the interpretation of medical reports. The system enables users to upload scanned or digital reports, automatically extract key diagnostic parameters, and generate data-driven insights through AI models trained on medical datasets. In addition to analytical processing, MEDGPT integrates a virtual consultation interface that connects patients and healthcare professionals for real-time advice and follow-up. With intelligent notification scheduling, automated prescription interpretation, and secure cloud data management, MEDGPT ensures a streamlined and data-driven healthcare experience. This paper presents the system’s design architecture, algorithms, implementation methodology, and its impact on enhancing diagnostic efficiency and accessibility.
