Abstract

Abstract: Human Resource Management (HRM) prose suggests that HR policies in a corporation should be vertically aligned with its strategic choices, supporting the strategy of the organization. Remarkable changes caused by the new corona virus COVID-19 have extraordinary implications on companies round the globe and influenced human resource management intensely. HRM took leadership to navigate within the unclear present and unforeseeable future by managing people to deal with stress and to continue working remotely in order that business goes on with its operations. However, HRM had to pander to the dismissals and reduction of the staff caused by the pandemic lockdown. During the study different pre and post effect of Covid 19 are studied.
