Abstract: In today’s automobile world, due to the drastic hikes in the prices of the automobiles and heavy taxes laid on the new vehicles the second-hand vehicle market is enjoying its tremendous growth. Majority of the people opt used cars than going in for a new one as the need for the car in today’s life is also becoming a basic need. In the way, finding a best used vehicle is not an easy deed. Getting satisfied with a used product is not so easy as said. Evolution in several C2C E- Commerce Websites are being a solution for these inconveniences. Here, this project focuses primarily in delivering an E-Commerce website for the vehicle resales which would benefit both the seller and buyer eradicating the roles played by the used car dealers involving commissions. It also concentrates to comfort the user by means techniques that helps the user to find a car to his tastes very soon with the filter tools and also assists predicting an apt price for the vehicle he attempts to buy using machine learning model incorporated with it. In addition to these processes the filter tool is to get two new to see, hear parameters like filtering based on colour of vehicle and the total of the number plate of the vehicle which shows respect to the user’s numerological beliefs.
