Abstract

Abstract: This work aims to study the potential aerodynamics issues and a substantial reduction in aerodynamic resistance or drag for marathon runners while followed by a car. However, This experiment will discern and authenticate in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to assess one, three, and five marathon runners to drag reduction with separation distance D= Isolate, 1 and 3m(meters) when followed by a car. The Runner and Car models are created in Make Human Community, Fusion 360, and Catia V5 Software. This study reinforces the necessity not only to avoid accidents but also to avoid unwanted aerodynamic benefits.
