Abstract: this project mainly aims to provide an accessibility of all the diploma study material and to provide doubt solving chat-bot through android application. It additionally utilizes a database to store data about the student or user who created account in the application. This system has login, only for the user side. In this project, diploma study material has been provided. It is an android application and is built on of the most secure platform used to develop android application nowadays. Provide most custom UI Component, Views and method to interact with the application. It is an application for diploma/polytechnic students to get access to all kinds of study material required for diploma students in e-data format, which is very useful as it reduces paperwork, It also reduces load on student to get proper study material. The user can not only view the study material but also download on their devices. This system was intended to develop an android application to perform functions like viewing study material also downloading it. So, users/student don’t need to wait for teacher to provide notes, sample micro-project report, solved manual, etc. This system is auxiliary for student to get access to study material as well as doubt solving chat-bot. Users can get an access to study material from anywhere and anytime. There is no desideratum to use of paper, now additional cost for available micro-project. The benefit of this project is it provides easy access to study without wastage of paper, help student in submission works by providing sample micro-project reports. The notification will notify user/student of particular branch and semester if there is any update made by the admin in study material. This system aims to generate an android application which will simply reduce the load of student about submission and micro-project format. Student can focus on their studies without getting panic for those study material.
