This paper delves into the dynamic landscape of supply chain management, emphasizing the need for organizations to adapt and fortify their operations against a myriad of challenges, ranging from natural disasters to geopolitical tensions and pandemics. Drawing on a comprehensive review of existing literature and real-world case studies, this research explores the key components of supply chain resilience and identifies best practices for building robust systems.
