Abstract: In an increasingly interconnected world, supply chain resilience has emerged as a critical factor for businesses to navigate disruptions and uncertainty. This paper delves into the dynamic landscape of supply chain management, emphasizing the need for organizations to adapt and fortify their operations against a myriad of challenges, ranging from natural disasters to geopolitical tensions and pandemics. Drawing on a comprehensive review of existing literature and real-world case studies, this research explores the key components of supply chain resilience and identifies best practices for building robust systems.
