Abstract: In an organization to simplify the process of record of maintenance it is designed a system of Payroll management. For HR function it helps to manage the employee’s information. It can consider as a part of comprehensive Human Resource Management System to payroll management system in general. For improving effectiveness of workplace management an payroll management system is implemented. This payroll management system manages the overall performance and different aspects of an employee in an organization. This Payroll Management System is used to overcome the entire problem which they are facing currently, and making complete atomization of manual system to computerized system.
