Abstract: Design, Analysis, test and validation process of a tilt mechanism of steering column is mentioned in this study. The steering column is designed with the purpose of assembling it in EV vehicle. In order to increase market share of this EV vehicle that has tilt mechanism in steering column, to reduce the cost. Moreover works on weight reduction, cost reduction.
