is paper presents the design, Modeling, and experimental validation of a mechatronics mass damper servo feedback system equipped with proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controllers for suppressing structural vibrations engineering applications. The proposed system employs a linear motor-driven mass damper with PID controllers that optimize the vibration reduction performance by minimizing the residual vibrations and improving the robustness against uncertainties in structural parameters. The effectiveness of the designed system was evaluated through numerical simulations and experimental tests on a scaled beam structure, demonstrating significant improvements in vibration suppression compared to traditional passive mass dampers system.
