Abstract

Abstract: The Internet of Things (IoT) described by the network of physical objects that are surrounded with different software, sensors, and other technologies for the purpose of linking and exchanging data or information with other systems of over the internet. The term IoT was 16 years old but the actual idea of connected devices had been approximate since past 70s the idea was often called pervasive computing or embedded internet. IoT was first time introduced by Kevin Ashton in 1999. Kevin Ashton is also considered as the Inventor of IoT. Cisco Systems estimated that the IoT was invented between 2008-09 year. Basically IoT application are using artificial intelligence and machine learning to add on the intelligence of different devices. The most applications used in IoT are Self Driving Car, Smart City, Farming, Shops, Farming, Water Management and Wearable Technology etc. The growth of the technology had helped in developing efficient methods to solve many serious issues in real-time. IoT has achieved a great focus due to its faster processing and intelligence. In this paper chapter we are discuss about different tools and applications which can be used with IoT technologies.
