Abstract

Abstract: Public Distribution System (PDS) is an Indian food security system. it's established by the govt of India under Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food, and Public Distribution and managed jointly with state governments in India. Fair Price Shop doesn't open a day, nor do they keep regular hours. Even on the times that the Fair Price Shop is open, card holders need to fill in long queues. But thanks to delay in supply all citizen has to come to the fair price shop and ask them whether or not they are providing the things today. As social distancing wasn't followed at several fair price shops during the primary phase of public distribution, the Civil Supplies Department has issued paper token to the beneficiaries, mentioning the date for them to avail food grains and relief fund. A virtual queuing is one in all the foremost modernized and technologically advanced solution to cope with the wait time and other queue management problems. Reinforcement learning has had an infinite evolution within the past ten years. During this project the physical queuing system is modified to fit allocation on specific time using Deep Q-Learning Algorithm. In our approach, people are asked to affix a virtual queue, so as to avoid crowds in roads or lanes Infront of fair price shop or long waiting queues. SMS notification is distributed to customer giving prior date and time for the gathering of products on stipulated time for each card holder, saves time by logging online and views product details. If the cardboard holder missed the primary slot allocation, gives another chance to urge the products by providing re-slot allocation for the subsequent purchase of products, just in case powerless to deliver products on first slot. Proper and well planning of information information. Social Distancing and Corruption is avoided by this proposed system.
